What I've Learned...

Since starting my diet I've learned a few things...

I'm going to share one thing with you today.

Do not laugh...

Are you ready?

Lesson learned: Make sure to visit the bathroom before doing sit ups, even if you don't feel like you have to pee.

Because... Apparently being old, and fat, and after having 4 kids, my bladder control just isn't what it used to be...

Sit ups should be renamed for me... SQUIRT OUTS!

Pass me some Depends!

I am pretty stupid I guess. I discovered this problem yesterday.... But today, when I went to do my sit ups, I didn't visit the bathroom first, because I felt like I didn't really have to pee... I was wrong. I now know better.

I need to stock up on underwear. I've changed 3 times today. Once after my morning shower as normal, then after my sit up/squirt outs, and then again after my workout because I was sweating like a pig in a frying pan.

I'm proud of myself, since starting Jan. 1, I have worked out every day. Yay me.

QOTD: How is YOUR bladder control? :)

Toodles!
(Sorry this post was probably TMI...oh well, I hope you laughed at my leaky lesson)

Hahaha! That's TOO funny!! But unfortunately, to answer your QOTD, mine is not too good either! Last weekend when we were sledding, we went down a huge hill and of course we stopped abruptly! And the instant we hit impact, I swear I didn't mean to do it and I had no idea I had to, but I peed!!! Of course the kids got a laugh about it! Shame on them, they are the reason I have this problem! I don't know if I'm spelling it right, but you can do Kagel's to exercise those muscles. Just tighten and release! I was told it works!!

Dang, I was only second today. boo-hoo.

Woman, you are such a goonball. Squirt-outs. hahahaha

I think any woman after having at least 2 kids has some bladder control issues.

every day so far? You are a rock star! I haven't even started... but that might be because I have been very sick as of new years day...

You're doing great! Keep going, and hopefully there won't be anymore squirt out lessons to be learned :)

VERY PROUD OF YOU. In my first five days, I have stayed on my diet about 75% of the time. But exercise is a tough for me right now with my blood issues and leg/knee pain. By the time I get home from work, it has already been 12 hour day. I am going to borrow my girlfriends WI fit to see if I can handle it. I have however had NO pop at work and very little at home. A big step for me. WE CAN DO THIS

Ok, that is damn funny. I don't have that yet, but after 3 kids, when I feel like I have to go, I better do it right then. There's no holding it anymore.

Since getting pregnant with Paige, I've been known to have an occasional squirt if I cough while my bladder is full. Once I did it walking up the stairs; surprised the heck out of me. Luckily, it's a rare thing but it does happen now and then.

You are NOT alone!!! I pee when I run. Even when I empty myself FULLY before jotting around. It's the most annoying thing on earth, I hate it! Blame the kids! :)
