Marshmallow Shooters

There are marshmallows all over my house, and outside my house right now. Why? Because I thought it would be fun (it is, for the kids, not for me so much) to make marshmallow shooters for the girls to have marshmallow fights!

I've seen them online various places over the last year or so, and I figured why not give it a try after seeing them last week over on Skip To My Lou. Since Bill was home, I figured he'd know the proper supplies to get, so we took a trip out to Menard's the other day and he got the stuff. Then he put them together, then he came up and shot me in the ass with a marshmallow. Yep, they work! Kels & Jilly are good at them, Bree has a hard time getting enough blow power, so we made her a smaller version until she can. Kels & Jilly decided to jazz theirs up a bit with paint too. They also like to take theirs apart and reconfigure them to their own desired shapes.

Overall its a fun project for them. Not so much fun for me who keeps finding and stepping on marshmallows!

If you have kids, I recommend this project. Its easy, and cheap. I just hope you have a dog that can follow the kids around and eat the marshmallows :)

Toodles!

HAHA, that looks like fun. When Paige gets a little older, we'll have to make some for her and her little cousin, Brady. They'll enjoy playing with them up north and there will be three dogs following them that will happily clean up the mess.
